30mm over shouldn't have done that sort of damage, and you picked it up pretty quick, sounds like your motor may have been on its last legs and the oil has brought it all to a head, you poor sod, i have 2 4jb1t motors, but just motors if you want anything out of them, one is sized solid and the other has got blowen rings.
