my fellow isuzooers...
Lately i have been bugged by problems with my clutch system...as the subject indicates. When i step on the clutch pedal, there's this loose ball bearing sound which i suppose could be my release bearing...i have tapped several opinions already and they all agree with me. Is this something that needs urgent replacement or should be benign enough that i can just wait till i have problems shifting or what...?
2nd question is...i just replaced my primary and secondary clutch repair kits and looks like i have a new problem...during morning start ups, pressing the clutch would be effortless and would allow me to get into gear halfway upon depressing the pedal but the longer i drive, i notice that the gear only bites just about an inch before i totally release the pedal...and to give a clear example, the engine doesn't shut itself off even when i leave it at first gear, it moves itself forward! its like engaging into 4L position. i know im kind of screwed up here so any feedback would be appreciated!
thanks!

Could be just the bearing causing this but more likly a slipping clutch plate. To fix either the gearbox has to come out so you might as well replace everything ie clutch plate, pressure plate and bearing. These normaly come as a kit.
