Does anyone know where I can get the sunshady thingy that slides in below a 95 MU sunroof. The days are starting to warm up and I don't fancy a 40C sun beating down on me soon Cheers, Andrew

Mine was missing too. Haven't been able to find one here in OZ. I setup a thick piece of black fabric, which I attached to the glass with velcro - works a treat.

What about a strong mirror tint?

That would work too, but I didn't want to overdarken the glass.

I was also thinking about strong tinting but I don't know how it will go with the kind of bubble membrane with holes on it that is there now. I like the idea of fabric and velcro. Can this glass come put to do this or do I have to try and do all this in the car? Also off topic a bit. Where do people put their UHF's? Sorry Geeves, it's not 40 here yet but soon will be. Currently today 19 and fine

Glass comes out quite easily. Small red spring loaded tabs either side of the knob that raises the glass.
I used the small (3/4 inch dia) velcro dots. One side stuck to the glass, other to the fabric.
Folds up neatly in the glovebox when not in use.

What about cutting up one of the folding windscreen reflectors and using velcro or two elastic cord straps with little bits of filed plastic on the ends of the cords that fit and lock into the 4 normal fixing joints - double sided tape would melt and come adrift!

OT question - I took my ashtray out and installed my CB in the space it left.
Very snug fit and almost looks like a factory fitting (if you ask me anyway). Quite nice location for it, especially when I never used the ashtray anyway.
If you want some pics let me know and I will post some up.

"I took my ashtray out and installed my CB in the space it left."
Sitting in trafic yesterday I was thinking the very same thing, I have 3 radios already and have just bought a UNIDEN GPS-105 and I'm of course scratching my head where to put it as i've used all the slots. So removing the ash tray you must have also removed the Cig lighter plug as well? and the plastic piller betwen the ash tray and cig lighter? or was yr radio small enough for the ash tray only?

Mines a Uniden UH090.
I left the Pillar between the ash tray and cig lighter (cig lighter is untouched).
All it needed was some light trimming of the surrounding plastic, if you wanted you can put the ash tray back into the car at a later stage.
It's ideal position for the CB, and I literally couldn't find a better place to put it.
I will grab some pics tomorrow if I can remember.
How do you put pics up here?
