My sister has a 1995 MU turbo diesel and im just wondering if 31x10.5x15" tyres will fit without rubbing? and also will 15x7 hilux rims fit they look similar offset and it looks like there is plenty of room behind the caliper?

Well older ones anyway...There should be a sticker inside the drivers door frame (open door) for the from factory tyre size.
