Trying to reply to the aircon question in the electrical problem area,but something won't believe that I've logged in.Everything else works ok.Any ideas?

If you had opened that window before loging in it will present this problem. If logged on but it says you arn't, hit the refresh button and it should come right.
Or is it some other problem you are experencing?

Try clearing your browser cashe. if your using ms explorer it keeps copies of almost every web page you visit ( you would be surprised what it keeps a copy of that you cant see ).
