Does anyone know if it possible to fit a gauge to measure transmission temp in a 93 MU as well as keeping the dash mounted warning lamp for high transmission temp.
Also does anyone know what the transmission temp range is.

I have seen it done on a few autos, just drilled and tapped a temperature probe into the side of the transmission, somewhere where it will be in the oil to get a good reading
Repco or a performance specialist should sell something that would do it.

You wouldn't know off hand where on the autos they hide the existing temp sender.
