Have been doing some rearch into intercoolers and was wanting to put a front mount intercooler in behind my bull bar (which sits out further in front than normal) but the piping would be a night mare. I really want an air to water intercooler but the price was to high, around $1500 to $1800, so I though I would just try another search and I have come up with this.... www.tweakit.net/shop/product_info.php?products_id=643&osCsid=9b1d76f964f9b69191cc76959bfc4e07AS can be seen its on Isuzu and the price I think is pretty good. Cheers Bruce.

Ready to fit and brand new it sounds like a good idea. Some Subaru Liberty Gts had a water air intercooler that you could buy second hand a lot cheaper but you would still have to fiddle about with the pipework although water pipes are a lot smaller to work with

i have installed a charge cooler on a rodeo before, and the trick here is to have a pressure switch to have both the electrick fan and the water pump come in simultaniously when the boost is 3-4psi from peak,no need for it to run during cruising,i ran transparent hoses to see water movement when testing, its quite a novelty,i took it a step further my imersing an air con cooling coil to cool the water down futher.all of which works and no side effect on the a/c.And now i made a special order for this core you see in the pics, its for vehicles with no room at all for a FMIC i.e nissan safari GQ.ETC.
