Help on how to adjust Fuel Aneroid compensator

Hi Guys. Read at another website the injection pump's fuel aneroid compensator (diaphragm) could be adjusted for an earlier fuel enrichment while on low rpm (at a lower boost pressure). Its the 3rd post of this thread:

Anyone out there know how to do this and can also please teach us how?

My newly installed (surplus) injection pump has a bit hesitation upon take off and this might solve the problem. At this point I still am a bit hesitant on adjusting the fuel enrichment screw which might also solve the hesitation.
