Hey had my 3.1 mu on the dyno in the weekend with some great results. I went in there and made 86kw to start with after a bit of playing around we managed to get 100kw at the wheels and 317nm or torque on 10lb of boost pump timing is still standard we never touched that. The biggest gain was the new intercooler and new turbo setup. On the road its amazing dosent matter what gear u have it in as soon as you put you foot down you just have instant torque pulls really hard now. I'll post the dyno results soon

what did the playing around involve.... adjusting the fuel mix and boost?

You need to upload it to a server somewhere. I use Photobucket.com.
Then you link the picture from there to here.

bugger it lol tried to upload dyno results but it wouldnt let me just go to my website www.turbocare.co.nz scroll down to the bottom of the page click on isuzu turbos there is a link off there. All we did when we played around with it on the dyno was play around with the fuel set it up with a EGT gauge. Boost pressure remained the same 10 pound but i have a bigger compressor wheel pumping more cfm and a bellmouth which helps speed the air going into the compressor wheel which made a big difference. Note there is a 15-20% loss through the drive train so on the dyno sheet to get flywheel add 15-20% to the figure

That looks like it is a different dyno sheet as it only has 90KW and 275NM not the 100 and 317 quoted above.
The graph is also titled Fly Wheel Power Graph?

sorry i've uploaded the old file i change it over. The dyno reading was at the wheels as it was a hub dyno not a rolling road, im not sure why at the top of the page it has flywheel hp

Yeah it is a Dynopack Dyno. Keep in mind that at hubs is different to at wheels as there is a whole bunch less resistance without the rubber. Particularly 4wd rubber.
Dyno packs have a function to plot at flywheel power by calculating in a % gain to compensate for drive line loss. I have been told before that this gain can be set to 0 ie no difference to at hubs and still plot a graph that says flywheel power. But I don't know for sure as they are rare as hens teeth around here.
