My cylinedr head has cracks and it is pushing water on piston 1 and 3 and mixing it with oil. Can cracked 4JG2T cylinder head be repaired or can it be interchanged with a 4JB1T head.

Im guessing you have removed the head and had it crack tested to confirm that it has the crack in it??
Most small cracks in cast heads can be reapired, you have to descide if it is worth it or better to get another head from the wreakers.
The two are definately not interchangable, one engine is direct injection and the other indirect. The pistons and injection system are all different between the two.
Are you sure its not just a blown head gasket, to have water in two cylinders that are not together seems a tad strange for a head crack!

Has this engine been cooked as it sounds like more than 1 crack and posibly quite big cracks. You also need to check the block for cracks if it has been severly overheated
