Has anyone tried fitting the front mount intercooler from a 2000ish rodeo to a MU? As an alternative to the top mount. Havnt popped the bonnet on my bosses rodeo yet to see how the pipes line up to the engine compared to a MU but thats not a major. Main concern would be weather the MU has adequate space next to the radiator to run the pipes thru. Havent got my Mu yet so not sure, just throwing some ideas around

There were some pics of one fitted to a MU on this site in the old days. You will have to have a look through the older threads.

is that really help to increase engine power ? Have you ever noticed on cold mornings that your car seems to either have alittle bit more power or is slightly more responsive? This is generally due to the Cold air of a morning. An intercooler is basically just away to maintain this cold air flow straight to your engine thus giving you the effect of a constant cold morning. So in regaurds to your question, yes it does give more power.

Where it really makes a difference is that it allows you to run much higher boost and fuel while maintaining better EGT's Jimmy
