I'm thinking of a radical project. Toyota V8 1UZFE in to MU. Removing the original 3.1TD, gbox, transfer box, front diff assy. Sloting V8 with the RWD transmission. New eng mounts and gbox mounts new tailshaft. And presto RWD MU. Lower it with new wheels and tyres.
1UZFE engine weight 175kg plus transmission and accessories another 65kg. 3.1TD weight ?(heavy) Gbox transfer kg? (heavy) front diff assembly and hubs kg? (heavy) At the end hope to get about 1400kg MU with 200KW on tap.... ;D
