The intercooler is off a jackaroo 3.1t/d
It was a B!tch to fit!!, not quite finished yet but i have run out off ideas, so im going to have to sleep on it!

wooow!!!,hahaha,sorry for laughing ,but it looks like a tough,i have done some tough jobs but this is really challenging,i think you need to do something with the inlet end tank,are you able to clock the turbo silghtly and make an inlet from underneath??if you pull this off,i could really learn something from this,good luck!!!

Alright, i have changed it a bit, which helped, put a 90deg bend off the turbo and cut the piping abit shorter... its lowered the end a little.. on the thing to do next list is the air intake piping from the airbox to the turbo, off a jackaroo. hopefully that will give the intercooler a bit more room and hopefully be able to anchor the intercooler to the engine!

I'm doing the same thing this weekend. Exactly what kind of materials did you ust to pipe the I/C to the turbo inlet? I also want to know if you eventually got the intercooler to sit and be mounted perfectly.
