Just got back from spending the day at Chapmans Performance Dyno Tuning with Franc and Tina, having the little beast tickled and tuned. ;D is about the right dimensions for the grin on my face! I think the figures speak for themselves... But if they dont: The thing Farking flies! Now to get a pyro fitted so I know how long I can hold it flat! Jimmy

Boost & fuel increase?
What major things did they do?

Rob increased the boost and fuel to match and advanced the pump timing slightly.
It was running 10PSI and Fuel at 22:1 and is now running 16PSI (Spikes to 17 for a tiny bit) and fuel ratio of about 17.5:1.
Other than that it has 2.5" Mandrel Bent Exhaust with Dump Pipe, Top Mount Intercooler with thermo fan, Uni Filter and has the EGR system removed.

Just remember the hp reading from dyno is from back wheels and will be about 70-75% of actual hp achieved at the motor. Loses about 25-30% through drivetrain. So if your dyno reading is now 100hp, your motor will have about 133-135hp at flywheel now. Plenty to have fun with.

The Dyno guy said I also loose about 20% due to my aggressive Mud tyres ....and there 32"
31" At's would be interesting...lol

Wow, the impressive thing there is that you have a 50% power gain at 1600rpm!
Jimmy got 100% more power at the same RPM (must have been out of tune or they didn't quite have their foot on the accelerator)

I think it was $180. He spent more than 2 hours on each truck.

Does anyone know of a tuning shop in Auckland that will do this sort of work?

Interesting how it drops after 3500. Still looks impressive

I thought it was damn good to have 90% of max power from 2100 to 4000 rpm!
