Hi All,
I know a few of you have installed front mount intercoolers on the MU/Bighorn.
I would really appreciate it if you could post some pictures of the set up.
I am mainly interested in the piping set up.

If you can find some pictures of a vauxhall frontera, as these are front mount intercooler as standard according to the manual.

i fitted one to my Rodeo...... took a bit of frigging around....... not sure if you could do it the same way on the Jackaroo/Bighorn..... made mine fan forced.. makes a difference in low range ;D I had to move my battery... don't know how much space is in the bighorn...... made a huge difference to the power output of the vehicle....

This is fitted to a 2.6L petrol engine (4ZE1) with Turbo Garrett T60-1. Below an oil cooler. Nice ones.
