Hey Sorry if I was the hijaker... Heres a link to the fuel pump delivery increase thread: clubisuzu.proboards29.com/index.cgi?board=Enginemods&action=display&thread=108141746714 psi seems to be a common boost level for modified diesels like ours. Mine runs 10psi, but will be going up to 14psi when I do a custom exhaust (3" into 2.5") and intercooler. Main limiter on boost and fuel levels is the exhaust temps, would be good to put one in, for tuning and keeping an eye on things when putting the boot down. Andy.

Look on the main page for instructions on replaceing the upper seal on the steering box. The seal is fairly cheap and a lot easier than pulling the box out. Only use a genuine seal for this they have to handle a high pressure

also dat pic of your wagon looks like muriwai beach you head up there much?? Yea it is Muriwai! I've only been twice, hardly went far. I would love to go further, but am too scared of getting stranded as I don't have any mates with 4wds. Should really join a club. If theres a small group wanting to go from this club, I would so be in! Andy
