Bolt Patterns

Can anyone tell me if the C223t engine is the same bellhousing bolt pattern as any other Isuzu engines ?? eg 4jb1 ??

As we have an Isuzu ute with a dead motor and are looking for alternatives

I have been told they are different but both the ubs15 and ubs17 trooper (pre 88 and 88 to 91) had the option of the 2.6 petrol engine. Worse comes to worse you could change the gearbox as well. This would give 5 speed if yours is a 4 and a transfer case that allows shifting between 2wd and 4high up to 100kph ( only with manual hubs already locked)
