Funny Noise

Hi All

My 3.1 96 Wizard makes a funny rattly noise at full power (going up hills etc. Boost pressure is steady at 12lbs. No smoke

Could it be wastegate rattling? or a naffed muffler (don't say turbo please!!!)

Also does anyone know if the 96 4JG2 motors have a timing belt or chain as per Geeves' manuals (If belt can someone tell me part #'s and where timing marks are

The Aussi Jackeroos got a chain Everything else got a belt. There is a listing on the main club isuzu page for the belt number.
Rattling will not be turbo but cant offer more sugestions

The belt is a Gates T844 which is the same one used on the 3.1 Jackaroo here in Aus. Cost $76 changed my last Sunday with the help of David (Pig 75) and Tracy.
