Nest to the intercooler there looks to be a like a small overflow pipe? Just below this there is alot of oil? This is leaking onto the ground. Only one or two drops not enough that is is using oil at an alarming rate. Just a top up every two months. Also what is a good reusable air filter for a 95 3.1td Trooper. In New Zealand.

You need to be more specific. At the front right of the intercooler there is a small pipe about 6mm in diamiter This sounds like the one you mean but it should have a rubber pipe on it which suplies boost presure to adjust the fuel pump. If this comes off some oil will be present but power will be wel down and ecconomy probably out the window. The oil here comes from cylinder blowby and if the engine is in good condition can be reduced with a catch can although not all engines require this. The 2 favorite air cleaners are K&N and uni filter KN are best got from repco the unifilter from www.genie4x4.com/uni_filter.htmSome airboxes can be adapted to take the cheaper pod type filters but not all You would have to check this yourself.
