Recommendations for Oil and Filter change

Ok, first up, will need to figure out how to do this myself, but as my Bighorn 3.1TD is now due for its first one (since I owned it), can anybody recommend a good garage in either Paraparaumu, Petone or even Lower Hutt??

In the meantime I'll have to do some light reading to figure out how I do this myself and what stuff I need to do it with.

Appreciate any pointers.

filter on right rear of eng . not sure of part num but supacheap or repco have listings easy enough to do youself I prefer valvoline oil and ryco or fram filter .

drain oil while eng warm remove filter make sure you get the sealing ring off with filter put a smear of new oil around rubber ring on new filter screw on til it hits home then turn about a 1/3 to seal it off .
eng if the same as 2.8 should take 6.5 litres to refill
