Hi fellers. I am in the process of renewing the turbo on my 94 bighorn. There does not seem to be an easy way to do this. Can anyone help me as to which order to to take the bits off? Ken

Hey I did this a while ago, recently finalised the project. Here's the thread, don't know if it'll be useful clubisuzu.proboards29.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=Enginemods&thread=1177838114&page=4#1193652488It's pretty simple process, just tricky getting certain nuts and bolts. Just start with the air intake pipes... Then I would unbolt the oil/water lines... And then the manifold/exhaust flange bolts. If you can, try not to mess with the quick warm up butterfly on the dump pipe, this caused troubles for mine as we undid it. Then when we bolted everything up, we bolted the flap almost closed in the dump pipe. Had to get it removed and the hole welded up. Andy

Thanks Andy. I am not trying to do anything fancy with the turbo, just replacing it because I feel it has not much life left in it and I dont want it breaking down away from home. Ken
