hi luke welcome to the forum. just a thought on plumbing a oil pressure sender in, what about down on the oil filter housing?. On mine there's a big nut & a couple of grub screws that might be useful on it that aren't being used, maybe if undone & oil comes out then you know its a direct link to oil pressure (engine off of coarse). I myself haven't plumbed one on the MU but i have on my RIGID TRUCK & it was on the filter head were it was plumbed onto. cheers muvit

The big bolt on the oil filter housing is meant to be a drain so you can drain the filter before changeing. Not sur if this is on the inlet or outlet side of the filter though. It could be drilled and tapped to suit. But why not fit a T where the factory oil pressure gauge is fitted Whats wrong with the factory guage?

My Rodeo has a gauge & a light. I have not got a clue where the sender is, but if you can find a 94 model DLX that you can have a poke around under the bonnet of you might be able to find it. The manual is a bit vague as to the sender's position.
