I am scared of breaking my it rods ends which for would leave me stranded, a busted CV i can at least drive home but a bust tie rod end and its game over. With a Front auto locker and 33" tyres I feel its only a matter of time until the tie rod ends bend/break. No sure if this has been discussed but I found this which I hoped would have been available in OZ or NZ but I am yet to find anything simular locally.......? CAN ANYONE HELP?www.independent4x.com/item.html?UCIDs=839915| Find Isuzu products, then go to suspension parts, look 3/4 down on the right side for the link.

Have a search through the mods section for tie rods. There are a few home grown strenghthening methods that have already been discussed. The only things wrong with the independant tie rod end is the cost and what ball joint is it if you need a replacement. Standard tie rods are cheap and easily fit in a tool case and are easy to change in the field. If you strenghten them the next item to go is either the center arm,the idler arm or steering box. Out of the 4 options Ill pick the tie rod every time
