Dash lights came on!!

I have a 91 2.8td mu. the dash lights ( fuel, battery, fuel filter i think) come on when I start the mu and stay on until i rev to around 1500rpm.

Thats fine but the other night I was driving home and hit a pot hole and these three lights came on, after about 20mins they went off. Now when I start the mu the dont turn off for about 20-30 mins.

Any ideas

Probably the charge relay but might be the alternator. If its alternator replace the charge relay at the same time its only $40 and if faulty can damage the alternator.
Talk to an auto sparky They have the tools to properly diagnose etc.
Where are you? Someone in your area might be able to recomend a sparky that knows these wagons. The one I use can change an alternator in 1.5 hours Some cant even get it out in 3.
If your lucky the alternator will only need new brushes and bearings A new replacement alternator is around 700
