Hello, Ive just changed over from my mk3 Hilux to a 98 Isuzu Mu Gemini LTD. 3.1TD.

Its from Jap and there is a TV/Satnav/CD changer/radio combo thing going on inside it.. There are 3 units to this and have all been very well fitted.
Cool you might say but it is entirely in japanese and i want to rip it out.. The prob with this is, because of the neat work im having trouble working out whats original wiring and whats with the entertainment system.

My question, finally, is whether anyone has a wiring diagram i could get a copy of for my model..

Must add that this is a good site lads, im only into offroadn in the last few months, been mtbiking for years and decided that mountain access was necessary for club cycles and that.
Maybe someday well have an Irish section for club isuzu. ;D

Cant help much with the navigation stereo but the best manual for your wagon is the frontera one.
There is a copy of this in a gmail account that you can email to your self. Its in 8 parts of 5 meg each.
To get it go to www.gmail.com
login as isuzunz
password is 4jb1turbo.
There are several manuals in here but you want the 8 that are labled frontera.
Either download the attachments from these or forward the emails to your normal account.
Put all 8 attachments in one folder on your pc. Download a copy of 7zip from your favorite freeware site (download.com works) (other unzippers might work but not tested)
use 7zip to open part one which will find and open the other parts to form a 300 page workshop manual in pdf form.
A 98 Mu with the 3.1 engine is very rare. Most had the later 3.0 engine which although more powerfull and economical had expensive injector problems.
