Hey,
Before I bought my MU, the previous owner broke both the switches on the power window main control unit. I haven't been able to find a replacement and was told by one auto electrician that the only way I could get the unit was to order it new from japan at a cost of $275 - and that's without getting it fitted!!
Does anyone know where I can get one without spending sooo much money!!! I got a 93 2.8TD. I only need the control unit - the motor is fine. Colour doesn't matter - I've spent nearly 2 years without working windows, so I'm not really picky!! Oh, and it doesn't have to be authentic!!
Any help would be great!!
Thanks,
Lou

I got a newy 6 months ago from 4x4isuzu in NZ shipped to Sydney for around $150 NZD, ($135 + $15 PP), and that's the complete driverside unit. Pay by Credit card and they send it on. Send an email to Gerald at parts@4x4isuzu.com and say your from the club. J

Are these the rocker type switches same as on the Bighorn? I have replaced two rockers on the drivers console by canabalising passenger ones from wreckers. While the bits underneath are different, on mine the rockers themselves are the same. A bit of a bugger to disassemble but easy to snap back in.
