Definitely not, they are different sizes.

Only way is to get a LSD diff from a 87 or earlier trooper as the early troopers used the same diff in the rear as the Mu and later troopers used in the front. The New rear diff is stronger and heavier

There are 2 ratios available. 4.3 and 4.56 All the 2.6 petrol troopers and 2.2 bighorns are 4.56 Most Bighorns and some Mus are 4.3 but some bighorns and most Mus are 4.56. The easy test is to jack up one wheel and rotate it while watching the driveshaft If its hard to turn it may be LSD Rotate the wheel one rotation while counting the driveshaft turns. Then half the result and you have ratio. If the diff is tight then lift both wheels and turn again If both turn the same way its lsd If they turn oposite ways its not. Its good to check the chassis plate before all of this A G80 code says it had lsd when it left the factory

Pre 87 isuzu's had a 10 bolt in the front and the back, post 87 they have a 12 bolt in the back and 10 in the front.
You can put the lsd from the back of a pre 87 isuzu into the front of a post 87, just change the guts of the 3rd member over. It doesn't matter about the rations since you will be swapping these.
