While following the fortunes of a 1990 swb Bighorn on Trademe I came across a lwb for parts for $1.50.I thought "that's too cheap" so I upped the bid to $2.00.The previous bidder's autobid slapped on another 50c so I tried $10.00.Once again another 50c autobid so I thought "he can have it".Last night I checked Trademe only to find the autobid had been withdrawn and I was now the top bidder. So now I'm the proud new owner of a motorless, gearboxless and seatless 1988 Bighorn WITH,wait for it, a cracked windscreen, no front bumper and no plastic ends on the rear bumper, for $10.00.It MAY have electric windows, the seller isn't sure.Fortunately it's in Hamilton.only 50 odd kms up the road.Just to make my wife even happier, we're going to Wellington on Thursday, taking the trailer,And on Sunday on the way home we're stopping in Otaki to pick up the motorless, gearboxless windscreenless and steering boxless swb to replace the body on my mud truck.I now have to check Trademe after she's gone to bed. It's probably safer to check out porn sites, or maybe not.Anyway, maybe Ican catch up with some of you Wellywooders while I'm down.Sort of keep a low profile, you know. Regards,Harry.

Do some things down here for the wife. That way she will think you came down for her and picking up the car was a secondary purpose. I wish I had the space you have and the understanding wife but I dont think I would get away with cutting up a car on the front lawn. give us a yell while your doun here on 9386074 I should be fitting a winch on saturday but that can be changed alan
