Headlight fuse

Hey There
I've got a 1989 Isuzu Bighorn
When I put my headlights on full beam they don't work, after I shorted 1 of the headlight wires to ground !
I've checked the relay & wiring is ok .
However I can't find the fuse, It's not in the fuse box on the left wheel arch with all the others & I'm unsure where to look , any ideas ?

Found the problem , A fuseable link , just infront of the battery inside a small black rectangler box
