if you remove the dash unit and look at the circuit board you will most likley find a screw ir circuit labeld tach if you tap into that very carefull either on the screw or very carfully solder a wire into the cicuit by tracing it back through the plug to a wire you should be mint

I have just spent about 45 minutes trawling through my workshop manual, and there is very little there on the wiring out of the injector pump.
However, a few clues: The tach wire is black with a red stripe when it gets to the back of the dashboard The fuel solenoid is a white with yellow stripe.
So what wires have you got coming out of the pump? It might be easier to narrow it down by discounting those it cant be.
