Cable on power window

Drivers side power window on a 96 Isuzu MU, the double ended cable that lifts and lowers window is broken and I want to replace it but I don't know the correct procedure to refit cable and wind onto motor.
Any ideas how to do this?

geez thats cheap. i paid $225 inc for mine collect here across the ditch. in saying that, after the pain in the bum it was without a drivers window, i think it was worth it.
