front cross member

This is both a warning to check and a question as to why.
While doing the regular radiator clean yesterday I noticed that the cross member under the bell housing was loose. It only took 10min to fix but this is the third time it has come loose.
Everyone with 88 - 92 bighorns might want to check theres
Any ideas why it keeps coming loose?

prod vibrations, dab a lil bit of loctite on the thread and they wont come loose in a hurry ;D
