Have got altered bump stops, raised front suspension, and have dropped axle casing 12mm. As you may guess I off road a lot but am having continual failures of tie rod ends. Have 95 MU and have a large amount of front suspension travel (95 MU's have the longer torsion bars which allow a greater range of movement) what appears to be happening is suspension travel is greater than the tie rod articulation and am snapping the nylon cups in the tie rods. Anybody got a part number or a modification that will stop this from happening? Am possibly thinking of Nissan Terrano tie rod ends which have a cranked thread section.

If theres nothing for sale at Calmini or darlington off road that you can copy your probably heading into uncharted territory. You could try mounting the center arm under the pitman and idler arm instead of on top like it is currently but I dont know how to do this or keep it legal
