Hi all, New member here. I have a 94 MU with a squeak that makes it impossible to sneak back into campsites with out waking everyone one.
It noise comes and goes at any speed and appears to come from the front suspension.
Has anyone got any clues on how to quieten this down?

My guess is bottom ball joints, and the only real cure is to replace them as the originals are sealed non greasable units. As your whole front end is hanging off these joints it is worth getting them checked out The replacements I had fitted are greasable, and worth it if you can find them

Bottom ball joints were the fault on mine as well but it could be any of the ball joints or the rubber bushes in the a arms. Try climbing under the car with someone else bouncing it up and down You should be able to track down the noise
