Interesting to notice the paneled up back windows. Aparrently this is so they can get cheap registration over there. Classed as a van instead as a 4x4.

I've seen one of these in the carpark at the gym in Dee Why, and another possibly the same one at Mosman. Nice looking car.

Wow I have never seen one in Oz. I have seen a sickly green 2 door Prado knocking round the Northern Beaches which is an import with a 3ltr diesel in it, but thats not a proper cruiser. That baby in the picture you could lift and drop a V8 in with ease. J

In the real world the Prado is a toy. The 5 door specs tell the story: Prado Body: Five-door wagon Transmission: Five-speed manual or four-speed auto Weight: 1936kg-2151kg Length/width/height: 4810mm/1790mm/1850mm Ground clearance: 205mm Towing: 2500kg Landcruiser Body: Five-door wagon Weight: 2356kg-2735kg Length/width/height: 4890mm/1940mm/1890mm Ground clearance: 210mm Towing: 3500kg Still no MU though! Yes that is a prado and closer in spec to a swb bighorn than a Mu . The 3 door models are around but nowhere near as common as the 5 door ones.Still a very nice and capable 4wd but will never be a Mu
