MU another name

This fellow came up to me today and said is that a M40? I said no it's a MU and he said they call them a M40 in the States, I said I though they called them Amigo's, he said the Amigo is built in South America ( I think he said), so another bit of info useless information, maybe.

I thought the MU in USA was called a Mule(??) and was a semi solt top. ie the fibre glass rear roof section was repaced with a soft top making it more like a ute.

MU = Amigo in the states, all of which are soft tops unless an after market hard top has been fitted.
