Can anyone provide tips/advice on installing a boost guage in my 92 Bighorn? Not really sure which hose I am supposed to connect to. Cheers

Hi Dave, There should be a small hose going from the intercooler to the fuel pump, on mine it comes out just above the turbo, forward of where the inlet to the intercooler is. This hose provides a pressure signal to your fuel pump so it can compensate for increased boost. if you cut the hose and fit a T to it, then reconnect to your boost gauge and the fuel pump it should all work sweet :-)

Garth: is this for a 4JG2, 3.1Tdi engine? I'm planning also to install a boost gauge. Thanks! ;D

Just think about what you actually want to measure. If you want to measure imlet manifold pressure then tap into a line connected to the inlet manifold... as Garth suggested. You could actually measure anyting you desire
