Greetings all. My MU was up on a hoist a few days ago, and this is the first time I've had a decent look under it. The MU has 180 000k so the shockies are probably not originals, and they have no names or details on them, but they have a four pointed star black plastic doohickey on them that rotates with clicks at each quarter turn. I'm thinking this is some type of adjustor, but I am willing to hear from anyone that knows what they actually do. Any hints? Cheers Ian

They sound like adjustable shocks. The adjuster changes the valveing inside the shock. What colour are they?

Thanks They are basically white, with red flexible corrugated plastic covers close to half the length.

Yeah, Geeves, I think you're right. I googled them, and they appear to be the older model with 5 settings and black controller. The newer ones have 9 settings and a red adjustor. Looks like I have to start experimenting on ride quality with the different settings available. Cheers and thanks Ian
