Identify where it is coming in first
Could be several things 1. Sunroof leaking. 2. Drains just below firewall, under bonnet are blocked 3. Rubber bungs missing from the floor

What vehicle? I had a similar leak in my bighorn that drove me nuts for several months. It would not leak for a hose but would have an inch of water after a 10 mile drive on a wet road. Turned out to be the sealant between the inner gaurd and floor had failed Squeageed new sealant in and all fixed.

I had a leak that took ages to find. Turns out it was coming from the nuts that hold the rear lid on. I have a 1990 2 seater Mu, it would leak and drip behind the passenger seat, which would then seep through the carpet and pool underneath. Drove me crazy for ages. Its ok now though coz it dont rain in Brisbane no more...lol
