does anyone know if there is an easy swapout for a holden Jackaroo 4 speed gearbox for a 5 Speed.
The jackaroo is a 1985 with 2 litre izusu petrol engine.
Otherwise is there a holden v6 conversion kit available.

There definately is...not sure if you can mate the V6 to your Gbox, but you can certainly mate a T700 tranny to your Transfer case. ie V6 and T700 dropped into your Jackaroo.
I think Marks 4wd adaptors should give you some more into, but there are others out there that do the conversions!

The actual conversion uses Hilux Transfer case but its been done lots of times so no major dramas except when the credit card bill arrives.
As far as I know the 4 speed and 5 speed petrol and diesel boxes are interchangable although the 2 liter petrol would struggle in 5th
