What size tyres does everybody use offroad? I have a 2" body lift & a 2" suspension lift and am trying to sort out sizes etc. I am looking at 32-9.5x15 simex extreme treckers as i think the Mu maybe to light for wider tyres and so will end up with less traction. What do you all think ? am I on the right track or am I up S**t creek without a paddle??

my off road tyres are the same as my onraod ATM which are 33x12.5 Wangler MTR, 3in calmini lift, no body lift. athough i have had them for a fewmonths now i have broken 1 CV (just the other day) and a tie rod (the same night i put the tyres on)
i don't think u'll have any trouble with the width of 9.5 ...

31x10.5 hankook rto1. they are a very open luggy tyre. not too high on the ply rate but have given them a real work out on central otago sharp rocks. plus just eat the mud out and throw it all over the roof .lol. they are on my 2.8 long wheel base bighorn.with a 50mm rear lifted spring plus 200mm shackles. front only has had the torshsions clicked one spline and wound up abit.

Your pretty much on the money with the width although going to 10.5 wont hurt. In the taller tyres there are very few choices that are less than 12.5 inches which give the Isuzu a lot of problems getting them under the guard and not rubbing on turns. You could get 33 inch tyres on with your current lift but could end up breaking cv joints etc. 32 is a good size. Extreme trecker is a very specialised tyre. Will eat mud and clay for breakfast then look for more but get it near sand and all they will do is dig holes. What sort of driving do you do? My lwb Bighorn has 31x10.5x15 Savero MT tyres which do most things ok I also have a set of 7.00 x 16 SAT tyres which I dont use very often. On the road they sing as loud as your Simexes will
