What are you trying to achieve?
There are several comercial flushes on the market just follow the instructions empty the sump and refill with 4L cheap oil and 1L diesel Do Not Drive with this mixture Instead let it idle with a few extra revs occasionally for 20 min then drain again and refill with your favorite diesel oil and a new filter.
A couple of big warnings on this. A few people have put flushes though there engine only to find that gunge is dislodged from somewhere harmless just to be redeposited in a bad place ie turbo line or bleed hole to a bearing.
I have never put a flush in my engine but it has only done 200000km Personaly if the oil was comeing out too dirty I would just change it more frequently. The correct change is 5000km and for the filter the book says 15000 but I do mine every 10000 A lot of people change the filter every oil change. The oil is meant to be black but if you drop a spot on glass you should be able to see through it
