Hi guys, I have a quick question, I was using 98 petrol for 93 Bighorn, I want to use 91 for this christmas holiday for a little more economy, will this change damage anything? and do I need to empty the tank before putting 91? Thanks (I am very new to both Isuzu and NZ)

i think ull find that the 98 will last longer, also nah it can just go straight in empty half full, what ever. as far as damage as long as it dosnt pink on 91 then should be fine

Quack is right 98 is suppose to last longer ie. more k's but you should test this yourself with your own driving, and if it pings on a lower RON fuel you shouldn't use it.

A thought Tech books in Wellington should be able to get a translated copy of the owners manual which would have the answer.
