Quick question how reaible/stong are the standard Mu recovery hooks? Strong enough for a snatch recovery?

I wouldn't advise it, the mounts are quite weak. They are only really designed for towing

Dont try anything serious with them If the mount doesnt break the 10mm bolts will. Nearly all clubs demand 12mm bolts and forged rated hooks
