what type of wheels would clear 33x12.5x15 and 32x11.5x15 for the MU? how wide and what will be the offset of the wheels? coz i still got the stock wheels, and i know those tires are gonna rub with the stock wheels. TIA

As far as Im aware the 32x11.5 should be ok on the stock rim. If your changing the rims measure your depth in the back of the rim and add 2cm Your tyre dealer should be able to advise. What are your local rules regaurding non original size tyres?

Hi steve I am running 33/12.5/15's on 15x10 rims with a -44 offset, I have a 50mm body lift and torsion bars cranked up a bit and they are fine, I had to do some very minor guard trimming for full lock but everything is great so far.

I to am running 33x12.5x15's but I did find that I had to get the rear of the front guards trimmed about and inch to clear at full lock and full articulation. You should have seen the panel beaters eyes light up when I pulled up outside his shop... that is untill I told he that, no I don't want him to fix all the panel damage, I actually want him to cut it some more. He did a good job all the same.
I also had to trim with a jig saw the front under bumper plastic trim.
For the rear, nothing, was seet as.
So do check with full articualtion, it's a bit embarasing when you are stuck in some mud hole at full articualtion and your tyre or guard is being shreded.

James,
What size are the rims you are running with the 33's? and the offset? and how about the suspension lift? I am thinking about some tyres now, and if i end up buying new then I may as well get some big ones...
I was sorta thinking of 32 11.5 15 as they may be less drama to get onto my stock MU... was hoping some extension shackles for the back and a couple of turns for the torsion bars? The other alternative is a second hand set off trademe for now, but I want to make sure the the rims will work for the larger tyres when i get them...

im too is thinking of gettin a set of 33''s of on MU. At the moment I have a 1.5'' inch suspension lift at the front and 2.5'' at the rear and also a 33'' body lift!
Would I still need to trim any part of the bumpers or body? IF i was to do a full articualtion?
