My speedo, when cold stick or at least doesn't move, for about 5 minutes, once car warms up, the speedo needle then jumps up to correct speed.
any suggestions appreciated.
I am new to this forum and new to this 4WD

During the time that the speedo doesnt work does the oddometer and trip meter?

During the time that the speedo doesnt work does the oddometer and trip meter? Yes, sorry they do work. It's like when its cold only, and the needle is stuck, in a couple of klm's or within 5 minutes, can see the needle flick up to correct speed. |

dodgy speedo Replace from a wreckers or repair at wxpensive intrument repair shop or if you want to have a go yourself you may. If you want to try yourself do a few google searches on how things work to familurise yourself on what to expect
