hi guys ive been thinking of removing the hand brake from my MU and installing a commodore hand brake up on the trans tunnel has this been done at all and what are ur oppinions???

Your talking about the handle I hope. Ive thought about the same idea although I was thinking HQ lever on the other side of the seat. Should be possible Only thing to check is that you get enough leverage to operate the handbrake properly. The current settup turns 100mm at the handle into 5mm at the caliper to get enough pressure

The 3.1 MU's have them on the tunnel standard

problem there though is that they also have a drum for the handbrake so less pressure required
