OK I just talked to the boss at MTQ in Toowoomba Qld and was told the RHF5 turbo is rebuild able with part no RSB52, cost for job $990 including GST.
Also for any one interested they have a Dyno at the Toowoomba office and for a full tune on the dyno $220.

I've been thinking about what this guy said......I should have asked the question......so I can bring it in now and get the heat shield fixed before it totally dies and it should not cost me that much "$990" thinks I need to make another call.
