How to become a dealer

Hi,

I am not a resident in NZ and considering to start a business as a

car dealer

just couldnt find much information on the net, can anyone advice

me some tips? What is required to get a dealer's license? how

much tax am I looking at? or anything you may know is more than

wellcome.
