Have just bought another truck - a lwb 2.8 - and am starting development this weekend with bigbore, motor tuning etc. Will then monster it a bit with big lift and 33s - probably 1" suspension (extended shackles and torsion bar lift) - plus a 2" body lift.
Has anyone done a 2" body lift to the 87-92 bighorn? If so, is there any alteration to the steering column - is the shaft long enough, does it telescope far enough to handle the extra height?
Also are there any other structural mods needed for the lift apart from radiator shroud and gearstick alteration?
